OUR COMPANY, OUR HISTORY The Sauce: Calvin is my Dad. I come from a family who has traditionally been barbecuing for over 50 years. My father developed this sauce in his own kitchen as a condiment for his ribs and chicken which he and my mom sold at their rib house restaurants.
